From design to production series for a Case intended for a Ip55 AED
This CASE for defibrillator has been completely designed and industrialized by CSPLAST exclusively for IREDEEM.
Every single phase of the industrialization process that led to the series production of this new AED case were carried out by Csplast: product engineering in order to obtain a product which could be produced by injection moulding , mould engineering and construction and AED case series production.
This case are made in trasparent MABS, a material which guarantees a good shock resistance and a good level of transparency.
In addition to the AED cases, we designed and produced a series of accessories, which are necessary for the functionality of the object: rubber fairlead, handles, hinges, wall fixing hooks made in PA6 reinforced with fiber glass.
Moreover, CSPLAST takes care of the assembly of the finished product, which includes the assembly of the mechanical and electrical accessories, the application of the adhesive graphics and the packaging.
