The informational is valid only for the website in question and not for any other web site consulted by the user via links.
The informational references the Recommendation n. 2/2001 adopted by the European authorities for the protection of personal data, united in the Group created by art. 29 of directive n. 95/46/CE, on 17 May 2001 to identify minimum requisites for the collection of on-line personal data and  in particular, the procedures, timelines and nature of the information that the data controller must furnish to the users when the latter connect to websites, independent from the scope of the connection.

The data, processed for the purposes of the web services of this website, is processed at the premises of the provider Aruba SPA located at 4, Loc. Palazzetto, 52011 Bibbiena (AR), where the server is located, and are carried out only by technical personnel of the Department in charge of processing, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service shall be communicated or disseminated.
The personal data supplied by the users who request dispatch of informative material (newsletters, information, catalogues, CD-ROMs, etc.) are used with the sole purpose of supplying or performing the service requested and are communicated to third parties only if necessary for this purpose.

NAVIGATION DATA
